<description>My daddy managed perfectly well until mother passed away, and then he started ageing really fast. He had a stroke over Christmas and he is now in a nursing home. None of us can tell how much time we\&#039;ve got left. We just have to make the best of it. And anything we can do to keep ourselves a little healthier and fitter, our minds more active. That\&#039;s going to improve our quality of life in the later years.
Best Wishes,
Diane Bartok.
