Actually &quot;taking a break&quot; or &quot;cycling&quot; supplements is quite common in the bodybuilding field and those that take hgh supplements. You&#039;d be surprised how knowledgeable bodybuilders are about nutrition and supplements.

Basically, it&#039;s okay to take most vitamins everyday (although I generally skip a day here and there), but when you are talking about hormones and some of the amino acids, you should cycle them for best results.
