I've been reading a lot about the health benefits of green tea lately.
This is the first I'm hearing about green tea and its correlation with protecting against neuron damage which in turn may help to avoid parkinsons disease.
Thanks for sharing this timely information. Good to know. I hope more research on green tea will be done in the future as its health benefits seem to be growing daily.

Knowing many people who have suffered with this, I would try about anything to prevent it. I've been drinking Rooibos green tea since it's caffeine free naturally and seems to have tons of benefits. Not a ton of research has been done on rooibos but I'd be curious to find out if it too helps Parkinsons.

Yes, I've seen the Soloray brand in stores, too, but I'm not sure about the Green Tea extract. I'm not sure how popular that is. You'll have to check with the store. I generally find online supplements to be cheaper - although you have to factor in shipping costs.

I drink green tea frequently but will take you at face value with regards to the fact that the green tea extracts supplement is much more practical than trying to go overboard with cups of tea. Is the Soloray brand available in stores or only via mail order? The packaging looks familiar to me Thanks.

Really, only ONE cup a day? Amazing! Not so amazing, there's a whole lot more than just green tea in that Ultra Lean stuff...
