		<description>I would like to share my version of potato pancakes , It should be very healthy.and they taste good too.   3 med. potatoes,3 large sections of garlic , two eggs, i/3 cup oat flour, 1 tlb. molasses, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, about  1/4 yellow onion.  put in to minni food processor ,grind  and pour on to pancake grill.  add salt and pepper ,cumen,basil,    flip  and spread with butter.  then eat..</description>

		<description>This sounds great for anti-aging, but will do nothing for my love life LOL. Just kidding. My wife and I both enjoy garlic and onions in our foods. Peppers too. The spicier the better. Great post.
