		<description>Good question. I suppose it depends on a lot of factors. I don&#039;t think you should force yourself to eat but are you regularly skipping meals? Why? Once in a while is no big deal, but if it occurs too much, you should wonder why.</description>

Or as long as you are getting proper nutrition, have a healthy BMI, make good food choices, and just aren&#039;t hungry for say, supper, one day... Eat or skip it?</description>
